Meet scott,

Scott O’Rourke

Chairman of the Board

Scott brings a vast array of business experiences including starting, financing, managing and selling more than 15 businesses over the last 30 years. He has a deep merger and acquisition background and as an advisor managed the sale, valuation or merger of more than 20 mid-market companies in a wide range of industries. Scott is an expert in the business sale process, business valuation and value enhancement.

Scott was “teacher of the year” in 2007 and 2010 and has taught CCD for 15 years until 2010. He has been a baseball manager since 2008 and is currently a Clinician for the Rutgers University Sports Council proctoring classes for prospective coaches for local sports teams.

 

Scott is an active NREMT and a NJ licensed EMT. He has held various positions in his hometown emergency ambulance corps in Old Tappan including First Lieutenant and most recently as President. Scott is an active EMT responder.

 

He lives in Old Tappan with his wife Deena and 3 young children. He currently manages 3 small businesses and serves on select boards.

Scott was elected to the Chairman of the Board for Array of Hope in January 2017.
